Here, you'll find the sea air of the ocean just 50m away, you'll smell the delicious smells of all the restaurants on this superb street, which will turn your head, and you'll try to discover the secret of the lost coat of arms of the flat in this residence dating back to 1741, In July, you'll be able to hear and almost see the Francofolies de la Rochelle, which takes place just behind the flat, and in the evening, from your bedroom window, you'll be able to gaze endlessly under the starry sky of La Rochelle at the famous "La Lanterne" tower, which will plunge you into sweet, beautiful dreams.
You can do it all on foot, arrive by car or train and use your trainers, the city's vélibs or electric scooters to be the adventurous tourist of this pretty city.
Step out of the flat and you're in the superb pedestrian streets of old La Rochelle, 100 m from the beach and 50 m from the old port.
We've done everything we can to retain the charm of this large 43 m2 one-bedroom apartment, with a living room and bathroom.
